"Nice, well-maintained property. Pool area looked amazing. Casino allowed smoking, which sucked, and it's mostly filled with slots and blackjack tables. Was completely disappointed there was no poker room. Fitness center was closed, spa was closed. Restaurants were decent. Free parking was ample and they had free ev charging, which was a great perk. "I honestly expected more the moment I got their valet people were rude, took my nieces and my mom expecting the pool experience to be a little bit. "This was my second time staying at this hotel & my experiences were very different. I stayed here in 2021 & enjoyed my stay, we were given complementary champagne, our room was clean & had a wonderful view. S’mores kits were delivered to our room & the pool was clean.
This time, I went back now having a little family & my experience was nice, staff was helpful & friendly, especially the woman who checked us in & another woman who was working the outdoor pool bar. I will say I was disappointed...

"The property was nice, the staff was not friendly at all. The lady that monitors the breakfast was the most unfriendly I tried to engage into a small conversation she had zero interest, did smile felt very comfortable.
Also the lady that held the Friday bingo was so dry she put not effort to make it fun it’s no wonder why only 3 people showed up to play.

"The place is fine. They do clean it. The floors are tile so the bottom of my socks were always dirty walking on their floors. I’m sure it’s hard to keep clean. The bed was clean. The shower only had one temperature. Hot as hell!!!! That probably should be addressed. The parking was good. The workers were all kind and respectful. Overall it was good for a single guy. "
