"도착 무더운 첫날, 에어컨이 동작하지 않아 애를 먹었습니다. 알고보니, 벽에있는 콘트롤러를 함께 작동해야 되는 것이었는데..제대로 안내가 되지 않아 전화를 걸어 신고를 하고서야 문제가 해결되었습니다. 다음은 TV 리모콘의 건전지가 다 닳아서 작동이 되지 않아 다음 날, 조치 받았습니다. 또한 방에 설치되어있는 와이파이가 제대로 작동하지 않아, 컴퓨터를 개인 스마트폰 핫스팟으로 해결하였고, 다음날 신고를 해서 오후 늦게 설치기사가 나와 임시로 개통하였습니다. 총체적으로, 손님이 바뀔 때, 기존 시설에 대한 점검을 하고, 새로운 손님을 받아야 하는데, 그런 부분에서 제대로 관리가 되지 않습니다. 스위스 마을의 랜드마크인 시계탑의 시계가 시간이 맞지 않은 채 방치되어 있고, 각 동의 1층의 상점 영업이 전혀 이루어지지 않는 것으로 보아, 코로나의 후유증이기도 하겠으나, 단지 자체가 관리가 되지 않고 죽어가고 있는 듯 합니다. 묵지는 마시고 사진이나 몇 장 찍는 것으로 방문하시기 바랍니다."

"생일이라 1박했어요 3층의 단아한 호텔이었고 수영장이 유아풀부터 다양했고 야간수영이 정말 좋았어요 또 방문 예정입니다. 호텔이 숲으로 둘러싸여서 자연친화적인 모습이 좋았어요 "

"It was absolutely beautiful and peaceful stay. The house was clean and big enough for three people. The town was also very quite so I was able to hear some sounds only from the nature which I like the most about this house! I will definitely come back :) "

"Korean style mattresses can be a little hard for westerners, but the rooms, staff, facilities, amd area are all so amazing that its easy to overlook a harder mattress than i am used to! Wonderful stay!"

He gave us recommendations about local eats and even lit a firepit up for us to use one night. Would definitely be back to stay if I'm ever in Jeju again!"

"사장님들도 너무 친절하시고 편하게 잘 쉬고 왔습니다. 숙소 풍경도 좋고 아이들 놀수 있는 수영장도 있어서 가족 모두 즐거워 했습니다. BTS방탄카페도 있고 짱짱짱~~ 다음에 기회 있으면 또 오고 싶어요~~ "

"Bathroom door was broken and unable to close properly. Door between hallway and room was broken and woukd be flimsy while opening and closing. Beds were hard and springy. Extremely uncomfortable. "Daily house keeping" consisted of towel replacements and a few water bottles daily. Had to tell staff on mulitple occasions to take away the garbage. Walls were very thin and can hear units next to us. "

"Right across is the beach. The carpets in the hall had seen better days. (Please rip out or get new ones!) Decent enough place, beds not that great, but liked the location."
