"The bed was wonderful! The floors are very squeaky and disruptive when the people above us walked around their room.. Even in our own room when I got up to use the bathroom, the noise of the floors woke up my husband."

"The Super8 in Hancock exceeded my expectations for a budget overnight stay (Berkeley Springs WV was my destination). With that said, it's not super fancy, but I could tell that there have been efforts to upgrade (with some ways to go). There were ample hooks and hangers, the single queen room was spacious. I found that the nicest touch was the dimmable nightstand light, both for winding down, and in the early morning. The young man who checked me in was thorough and friendly. I paid $15 for an early check in, and got a nap in. The sheets / towels were clean. The only thing I felt missing was a box of Tissues. I was comfortable enough and actually got some shut-eye before an early departure."

"Had to check out with a person in a machine. Basically video check out. Breakfast items slim pickings. Met my need for the one night stay. Was very loud. Maybe construction nearby?"

"The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, there were no cups in the room for coffee, yet there was a coffee machine and lids for cups. I called down to the front desk and was told they don't supply cups in the room and if I wanted a cup I had to go down to the coffee bar to get one. My tv didn't work in my room. It had sound but no picture. The girl at the front said she was the only one on staff and couldn't leave the front desk so there was nothing she could do to help. I did request a new room and got that. The breakfast bar was good."

"Do not accept a room in the back(130’s) as they’re in dire need of repairs and renovations and they are facing the woods. We only stayed in the room because we were tired after driving 7hrs. Management was cooperative and accomodating enough to change our room for the second night we stayed. There were several events going on in the town so there weren’t any other places to stay to even reserve a room somewhere else. "
