I asked to confirm if I prepaid and was told “your card is pre authorized”. I just wanted to switch my credit card but desk staff didn’t want to deal with my request. No receipt was offered either. Also very loud morning staff that would congregate in the hall at 7:30 am. "

"This is a great Quality Inn hotel. It’s very close to many restaurants and Haywood Mall. Room was clean and had everything I needed. Bed was excellent and very comfortable. I would stay there again."
