"The room was super noisy, I was anticipating it being somewhat noisy due to previous reviews however you can literally hear everything that happens in the hotel. The staff were super rude and unhelpful. The front desk clerk when I checked in was overly rude because I had sent a message stating that my flight had been cancelled however no one ever responded to me so I ended up taking an extra 12 hours to arrive. Tricky to find though and you can't just pull up to the front door. Let them know when you're going for directions. Car is not a good idea in this very busy part of the city."
