"Isabella was so easy to communicate with before arriving and during our visit. They stored our bags after we arrived then even delivered to our room. She had a light breakfast of packaged pastries and fresh fruit as well as juice n coffee for us. Our room was spacious. And the bed pillows and temperature was so comfortable. We would easily stay here again. It is less than 10 min walk to Metro so easy to navigate the city and restaurants."

"Historic building but rooms have air conditioning. Quiet rooms, relaxing lake side chairs and tables. Lake is cool and great to swim in. Free self serve espresso bar and jacuzzi overlooks the lake. Very warm and personable staff. Restaurants and gelato is 10 min walk along the lake, into less touristy winding town of Bellano."

"The room location is excellent, 4mn walk to metro M3 and 10mn walk to Duomo. The property manager sent clear instructions for checkin and they have a WhatsApp number for direct and instant communication which is very convenient. The reception normal hours for checking in is till 9pm and there is a 20 Euro surcharge for a late checkin between 9 and 11 pm. "Perfect location, very clean and easy simple check-in"

"Room was very clean and was available to us early, which was great! Very close to the central but out of the way of the huddle and bustle of milan. Would 100% stay here again when visiting and will recommend to anyone!"

"Location was terrible, everything had 5 digital entry codes and no keywords! Air conditioning didn't work and it was 98 outside. Host walked us to our room which was very nice but refused to take the elevator that she made us take. Neighborhood was a bit sketchy, would not recommend walking anywhere."

"Very responsive staff when we had questions, clean room, bedside tables, lots of space for luggage and hanging items (which appears to be more rare in Europe). Only issue was the shower is flat and was very slippery when wet. Could benefit from some grip or texture on the floor. Other than that, aesthetic mirrors and light options, loved the bed frame. Comfortable to sleep in the bed, would recommend!"
