Average service. Not a fan and won't be coming back.

The Four Seasons Bengaluru provided the best hotel service we have ever experienced. Every member of staff was professional, warm and attentive. The team upgraded a family member to a suite and later moved us to another suite to better suit our needs. Returning each day genuinely felt like coming home. Special thanks to Anupam, Rajiv, Nithesh, Sajjad, Chandini, Gopika, Vishnu, Sumi, Iftekhar, Chef Channi, Chef Soham, Chef Vivek and the Executive Pastry Chef. Chef Soham’s food was outstanding, Anupam’s bespoke watermelon-mint cocktail was delicious, and Nithesh looked after us wonderfully in the Club Lounge. Thank you to Anil, Dhanu, Chaity, Shrujan, Roshan and Chandrika at the Front Desk; Girish, Soumen and Akoi at the pool and spa; Vijay, Wantri, Georgen and Kanu from housekeeping; Rebeka, Kimi, PC, Jenny and Sonali at the Lobby Lounge; and Jacintha, Lakshmi, Spens, Estelphida and Palak on the chat team. A special thank you to General Manager Biswajit and Directors Kazim and Kartik, who were visible throughout our stay and ensured everything was flawless. The entire hotel made us feel recognised, valued and genuinely cared for. We have never felt so spoiled at a hotel. Thank you all—we cannot wait to return.
