"This hotel is horrible for a multitude of different reasons. Let’s start with they placed it 100 feet after a toll, so everytime you leave and come back it’s 20$ each way. They used to do vouchers but stopped 3 years ago I was told, which is extremely greedy. The hotel itself is in terrible condition, I closed the bathroom door and the hatch in the ceiling fell and hit me. The shower is missing the finish on one side and looks extremely poor and run down. The room is small and the air conditioner barely works. The pictures are a complete lie about this property. The staff is also extremely incompetent, I expressed to the front desk I didn’t feel comfortable with cleaners in the room because there is no safe. Only to come back after being out 10 hours to somebody in our room. The front desk didn’t even offer an apology. There is a massive pot hole in the driveway which unavoidable and really can damage your car. I wouldn’t recommend this to anybody. Absolutely terrible experience and they should be offering a refund. "

"Breakfast was mediocre & minimal. The room was extremely small & noisy. One expects an at the airport hotel overnight stay to be small, but whatever the origin of the noise it was continuous. Hard to fall asleep as i need to as i now type."
