Conveniently close to city and industry

Food was satisfactory, facility in the room was good, housekeeping was a little slow to respond, the staff was well mannered though... the wifi facility was not very good... the brunch on new year day was a NO-NO, the ethos was good and the room service has room for improvement, would recommend with caution..

Terrible, unhygienic, unprofessional & unorganised

This hotel shouldn't be four star to start off with. They are so unorganised and unprofessional. I had to wait 25 minutes before they checked me in, as they didn't have my booking, even after I sent the booking confirmation email to them. The staff didn't know anything, rooms still had remains of food on the floor from the last stay. Bathrooms didn't have any toiletries. Breakfast I ordered a dosa that never arrived after waiting half an hour,wifi was included in my stay but it doesn't work. Ordered cold coffee for room service it took 40 minutes to arrive. And check yet again is another nightmare. It was a pathetic excuse for a four star hotel. Lousy service and staff. Please don't book this hotel. Everything is a huge disappointment. Terrible hotel.

Dark Fortune

its a nice hotel as such. the entrance lobby is pleasing. however, as you exit the lift on the room corridors, you see a red dark passage. red from ceiling to floor lit with dim yellow bulbs. its a depressing sight unless you want to set the 'mood'. the room lights are similar. they have set patterns according to the mood for lights. but there's no pattern to lit up all lights at a time which leaves the room dark enough to read anything or work on a laptop. room service is decent, breakfast pretty nice. overall OK ok just for the dark ambience.

Good Place to stay!

Hotel is listed in Lonavala which was 1 hour far from the hotel . Otherwise its is a nice comfurtable hotel with good food and drink options.

Nice No-frills hotel stay

The hotel stay was surprisingly good. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The place makes good usage of LED lighting and natural sunlight, which was nice to see the effort in saving electricity. Expect a comfortable no-frills stay.

Well...to say about fortune inn it was awesome .. with very helpfull staff..only issue I found in my trip was dinner which was not up to the mark and I was very disappointed with quality of food they offered..and I hope that changes soon...thank you

Stay at Hinjewadi, Pune

Management control of the restaurant operation was poor. Many areas of operations were poorly run. Parking and location could also be improved. Areas around the hotel is not well kept. Other than these few observations everything else was exceptional. Management seems to be eager to make improvements and I applaud them for that. Overall the experience was positive. I am willing to try them again.

Too good for a Pleasant Stay!!

We went to the hotel for one night stay. The hotel is on the main road with very close proximity to the city and also to the mumbai - pune express way. We came from Lonavala and were returning to hyderabad the next day. So this hotel was very much accessible for our journey. The room was neat and tidy. The service was excellent. We had both complementary dinner and breakfast. I cannot say it was a lavish buffet. But decent enough with pretty good varieties. For the first time, we saw bony kebabs which was weird..!!!;-). Overall, It was a very nice and comfortable stay and i would definitely recommend to everyone.

Nice accomadation

It was relaxing stopover. The location is cery near to highway so getting off and on is not a problem. Rooms are spacious. Bathroom could have been a little bigger. Overall good service and a reasonable cost.

Great value for money

Very comfortable, clean rooms. We stayed for 3 nights over the weekend and had no complaints. However breakfast could have been better.Overall a very good experience would definitely stay again

New construction with good amenities

It is a good business hotel, though we used it for a leisure visit. The construction was new, and has been maintained well. Rooms have minimalistic design, with all the basic amenities a traveller would need. For example, the steam iron provided was of good quality; worked like a charm on the cotton shirts. The views are nothing to talk about though, we just kept the curtains shut for all our stay.

We landed on Diwali day and the first pleasant surprise was we got a free upgrade without even asking for. It was because of poor occupancy but still the manager was kind enough to hand it over was commendable
