"The staff at the restaurant were very kind and helpful, and the food was good. The housekeeping team was also amazing and did a great job. However, there was a slight issue at reception, where some staff came across as a bit snobby and did not greet guests with a smile. Overall? It’s a great hotel."
"Excellent stay. The staff were wonderful and were very kind to my 86 year old mom who had just had eye surgery. One of the best stays we have had in Pune in terms of service provided and attention we received. Highly recommend the property. I used the gym which was also well equipped along with a nice pool."
