"The room was clean but lacks a number of essential items, like closet, facial tissues. The fan in the bathroom was super loud and noisy. The parking lot was nice and safe. Though the day of our stay, there was only coffee available not breakfast items. After I inform the staff at the front desk, she got some mini muffins out. "

"May2026, they are renovating…no ice machines, no laundry, everything is a mess! Front desk lady at night was very rude, I guess I would be too if everyone on the basketball trip asking for laundry and ice. Nothing close by. Pictures are fake, don’t fall for it. Room was clean, but old furniture, stained, didn’t sleep on pull out bc of bad stains. Spend the extra and stay somewhere else, save the heartache."

"The bar on their website is not open and the one in the restaurant doesn’t open until 5pm. Our room smelled musty and like sulphur. The smell was really intense when we came back for the night. We definitely won’t be back. Not worth the price they charge."

"The rooms definitely need upgraded. The bathtubs were chipped and the cabinetry was older too. Daughter slept on the sofa bed and that mattress had seen better days! Good to just sleep though!"

"We had reserved a mini suite in order to have two bathrooms. Unfortunately the one bathroom for some reason did not have any hot water. They tried to fix it and the next morning I had hot water initially for my shower only to run out of it within minutes. They did offer to move us but we were leaving the next morning. The suite was comfortable and we had a nice view of the Ohio River. We will stay there again if traveling to Cincinnati but will definitely check the water before unpacking"

"This was THE best stay. We loved the hotel. Took our two puppies and they also agree. Very dog friendly area - the rooms and public areas are 5 star. ⭐️ clean and modern with very helpful polite employees. Parking is included in an attached garage with plenty of space. Beautiful place!"

"The location was kind of in the cut, away from the road. There were ladies of the street soliciting for the night when we arrived. The place was clean, but it always felt just slightly sketchy. However, there were no negative incidents or interactions, so I have to say it was a positive experience and I would recommend to anyone on a budget!"
