The room was clean. The staff is great. The location is good. It is near the beach and also there are plenty of restaurants and shopping in walking distance or a short motorbike ride away. Close to the baht bus routes too.

Great rooms, and friendly staff. good size room only complain, bed have a 20 cm edge all arround and it gives bruices.

The Seven Zea medium/large room was clean with a good modern bathroom. The shower, airco, wifi, lighting, frig, flat tv all operated well. There is cupboard space, table, chair, safe and a comfortable bed. The breakfast available is basic. The staff is friendly and efficient. The beach and many shops, bars are all within a 5 minute walk. The small carpark and nice roof top swimming pool is a plus. The hotel is good value I will stay again.

the good thing about the hotel is that the seaview from the pool and from room is beautiful but the window films in the rooms needs some repairs...aside from this, the room is quite dated, even having some small holes on the floor. ants can be seen all around the table, toilet bathtub nob is faulty, even the face basin faucet is faulty... have talked to the receptions but they seem not to understand much English,

Tired is probably the word to sum the room up. We had no problems with staff who were helpful. The room was tired and a bit grubby. The aircon leaked within an hour of turning on. This was reported and fixed within 30 mins so we can't fault staff for responsiveness. The laminate flooring was warped maybe due to heat, inside of the wardrobe grubby and general mould in the bathroom not helped by the fact the showerhead aims water straight across the bath area rather than at an angle. The outside windows were very dirty. I get it's 6 floors up but paying extra for sea view you want to make the most of it. There were also a few faulty bulbs which didn't affect us but again points to lack of maintenance. Location wise we thought it was great.

Overall the staff were excellent and helpful. The only disappointment was with the pool which looked a little dirty and also closed early. Breakfast was a good variety and always plenty of food

Staff were terrible. No breakfast even though it was booked and paid for. Best of ants in our first room. Lost my laundry and then lied. All n all, not great at al.

Séjour très agréable

Hôtel très bien situé agréable La piscine sur le toit est très bien Seul le petit déjeuner « buffet » est un peu juste et pas Buffet Dommage que le personnel n’ai pas le sourire excepté le Portier qui est très sympathique et serviable Malgré tout cela reste un bon établissement

Prima hotel op een goede locatie.

Perfecte locatie op loopafstand van beachroad, nachtleven, shops en restaurants. Route van de bahtbus op 100 mtr dus je kunt ook heel eenvoudig voor 20 THB p.p. naar Jomtien. Onze kamer met ( deels ) zeezicht lag op de 5e verdieping en voldeed op zich prima. Het bed had beter gekund. De matras was dun waardoor de veren soms goed voelbaar waren. Fijn zwembad met poolbar op de bovenste verdieping. Prima plek om met een drankje van de zonsondergang te genieten.
