Was just ok for me. Everything you/they need is there, but personal touches and friendliness didn’t seem to be. The balcony railing was scarily small, maybe 2 feet tall, and at 6-8, I was scared to enjoy it on the 16th floor. When requesting a taxi, hotel’s partner taxi service was blatantly overcharging us, so we arranged our own.

Be aware the type of room

Depending on what type of room you book, you might end up in a hotel not at the beach and without all the facilities and a breakfast which is not the same. Asked for a room change to the intended location and that was arranged, but without compensation since those rooms are cheaper. Our pavilion room was located next to the street and the room has no sound proofing at all.

ちょっと古めのホテルかもしれませんが、大きなホテルで清潔感もあるとおもいます。朝食は種類が結構多くて良いです。プライベートビーチとプールがあり息子はとても楽しんでいました。プールとビーチはロビーの下の階ですがエレベーターがなく階段を結構降らなければならないため89歳の母にはちょっとキツくもう少しアクセスしやすいと良かったです。

Ryskt hotell med inga solstolar, annars fint.

Detta är ett helt ryskt hotell. 90% av gästerna var ryskar och det fanns även skyltar som enbart stod på ryska och inte ens engelska/thai. Frukosten var mer som en lunch buffe än en frukost buffe, de serverade tex spagetti och köttfärssås och saknade standard alternativ som pannkakor eller bacon. Men detta kunde vi bortse ifrån då hotellet var väldigt rent och snäll personal. Samt så var rummet vi hade bokat väldigt fint och stort så stort plus där. De vi inte kunde bortse ifrån var dessvärre stolarna vid polen/stranden. Vi var där en vecka och hittade inte någon solstol någon dag. De var tagna varje dag och även om man skulle fått någon av de få platser som fanns så kom det ofrivillig skugga på flera av dem under majoriteten av dagen. När vi bokade hotellet så lockades vi av just att poolen och stranden var så nära men det blev dessvärre en stor besvikelse att inte kunna vara på hotellet någon dag då det inte fanns sol stolar till gästerna. Så tänk på att hotellet är riktade emot ryska gäster och att det blir svårt att få en solstol för utnyttja deras fina pool/strand combo.

Huone deluxe-siivessä oli tilava ja siisti. Läpinäkyvät kylpyhuoneen ovet olivat hieman kiusalliset. Hotellissa oli heikko äänieristys, erityisesti käytävältä kuuluivat kaikki äänet selkeästi. Aamupala oli runsas, mutta pidempään viivyttäessä hieman yksitoikkoinen. Yksityisranta oli melko pieni ja ahdas, eikä sieltä saanut käytännössä koskaan rantatuoleja niiden ollessa jatkuvasti varattuina (vaikka varaaminen oli säännöissä erikseen kielletty). Sama ilmiö toistui altaan aurinkotuolien kanssa. Henkilökunta ei puuttunut tuolien röyhkeään varaamiseen, tai mihinkään muuhunkaan vieraiden huonoon käytökseen. Hotellin läheisyydessä on useita ruokakauppoja sekä ravintoloita. Pattayan keskustaan oli käytännössä kuljettava taksilla tai muulla kulkupelillä, se ei ollut kävelyetäisyydellä. Nähtävyyksistä Sanctuary of Truth on kävelymatkan päässä. Hotellilla oli palvelu, josta sai pyyhkeet päiväksi lainaan lähtiessään retkelle. Kuntosali oli riittävä, joskin hieman ahdas. Hotellin pihapiirissä olevasta Yua coffeesta sai laadukkaita espressojuomia. Hotellin rannassa oleva Surf n Turf-ravintola oli ok mutta kovin kallis. Ps. Hotellihuoneessa olevia saippua- ja kosteusvoidepurkkeja EI saa ottaa mukaansa, tai niistä joutuu maksamaan. Tätä ei oltu missään ilmoitettu.

Pet friendly hotel

We went there with a dog and it was perfect for our pet. Everything was well organised, we had dinner together and we used the pool also. The accommodation has a pet friendly zone so you can enjoy almost everything with your pet.

Хорший отель в хорошем месте

Хорший отель. Твердая четверка. Очень вкусные и разнообразные завтраки. Отель не новый, но ухоженный. Из минусов : 1. совсем нет крючков в ванной 2. Нет никакой сушилки Для одежды. Ни на балконе, ни в ванной. Пришлось добывать веревку и прищепки. Море для Паттайи чистое, но мест на пляже на всех не хватает. Кафешки и магазинчики - все рядом. В целом все хорошо. Рекомендую.

Отель хороший, проживание понравилось. Достойный номер, бассейн, не скудный завтрак. А когда приехали нас никто не ждал. С большим трудом нашли наше бронирование, пытались снять оплату за уже оплаченный при бронировании завтрак. Расположен далековато от центра, зато в море можно купаться без мусора. В центр только на транспорте, пешком далековато.
