The only thing we wasn't happy about that out room wasn't wasn't ready when we arrived after a 17 hour flight. We arrived 15.00 had to wait for room to be cleaned. Staff were fantastic on day of leaving they allowed us to keep our room on and extra two hours. We were really happy with everything the hotel had to offer. We are that impressed with everything we are hoping to stay again in November we could not fault anything. Keep up the good work Hard Rock you really rocked it!!!!

Amazing family vacation!
Amazing family vacation at Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya. Look no further - this is THE BEST family hotel in Pattaya. Been to Thailand +15 times and this place is just great. This stay our kids age 7 & 10, the had a blast everyday by the pool thanks to the great staff who really take care of the kids and arrange fun games all day. Made us parents feel secure and could relax and enjoy the stay at the hotel.

I've lived in Thailand off an on for 6 years. This was the best staff I have ever seen. Really attentive and high quality service. Rooms are a bit dated. Menu is a bit too small also. And the band outside was pretty awful. But the staff so so good I can ignore it all. Great job Hard Rock staff!!

１週間ほど、年末年始に滞在させていただきました。ホスピタリティ溢れる、良い宿でした。12/29からカウントダウンパーティーがビーチで行われていたため、朝から夜中まで、ずっと音楽が聴こえてきました。年末感はあって良かったのですが、少し音が大きいようにも感じました。(仕方のないことなのですが…)年末年始のパーティーの様子、渋滞の状況等に関するメッセージを事前にホテルの方がメッセージにしてお部屋に届けてくださったのは、素敵なご配慮だなと感じました。 連日のプール、子どもは大喜びでした。ありがとうございました！

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The property has only one restaurant, which is fine as there are plenty of eating options around. The breakfast buffet is ok. The property has minimal maintenance. Unclean and dated. Because it is an American Hotel chain we had more expectation. Quite disappointing.
