The property was quiet, comfortable clean. The stuff came when you wanted them to come to clean it and I guess the kind of people that do come sometimes destroy the rooms so they have some strict rules. It sounds a little crazy, but those were respectful of property it’s not an issue at all.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was nice enough, but I was disappointed in my room. The pictures showed a shower, yet mine was a shower TUB. I can't stand those. Plus there was a musty smell coming from my AC unit. If my stay had been more than 2 nights I would have at least tried to change rooms to one with a proper shower, but I might have even changed to a different property.

Location is good. Close enough to Pattaya but not too near that very noisy place. We have stayed in this hotel before and find it very comfortable. Good restaurant and the staff are very helpful and delightful. Only slight negative is that the wardrobe space is not big enough and no space for other clothes, drawers or cupboard. This often seems to be the case with Thai hotels.

I've stayed at the Fifth a few times now. Always great service and friendly helpful staff. Location is very convenient. But the breakfast is outstanding! Lots of quality and variety in the food choices. Im fact, Im sitting in the Grab as I write this review, on the way there again for another stay at the Fifth. Best overall value for the price in my opinion.

This is a great value Hotel in the most convenient area of Jomtien. Not noisy at night. Pool area is nice The breakfast is outstanding with great food and lots of choice. The best I've had yet in Jomtien. Rooms are great. Staff is always very eager to help out. This is my 5th time staying at the 5th and I will be going back next week for my 6th stay there. Highly recommend this Hotel to anybody looking for great overall value.

I had another great stay at this property. Staff as always were great. The only big negative for us is being a boutique hotel that we pay good money for, it’s so hugely disappointing to see so many people dressed in bathers and pyjamas / nightwear at breakfast. Surely management could put a sign on the door about a dress code.

The staff is amazing and always helpful. Our room had a jacuuzi tub that is axacly as pictured. I live in the US (opologies), and I found the cleaniness to be aligned with alot of 5 stars. One, of the best pools in it's tier.
