Have stayed at several Hotels up and down Jomtien Beach and Coco Beach has been one of the nicer ones, Everything very clean and modern, Nice pool , breakfast was great, will stay there again

A bargain in Jomtien

A great check in. Reception and had valet help with the bag. Very good breakfast buffet. 2 beds in the room. One bed no way I could sleep on it. The other is only OK. They may want to upgrade those to reach that 4* reating

Great location

The hotel is in a great location. The pool department is good. The pool bar was never really open. "Platbus" takes 10 baht to the center of Pattaya. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

I have to say that this hotel and particularly it’s staff exceeded my expectations by far. From the minute I arrived they went out of length to ensure that you felt like a VIP guest. They provided me with all my requests without any questions or hesitation. The guards at the front gate were exceptionally polite and greeted us with smiles and kindness at all hours. The doormen were so helpful and attentive, always greeting you. I have been to a lot hotels all over the world, really high class and expensive, but I can’t say that I’ve ever had this kind of experience. I felt welcomed and appreciated throughout my entire stay. So kudos to you all for exceptional service and hospitality. If I come back this will be my hotel of choice, no doubt. I wish you all at Coco Beach a merry Christmas and a happy new year. Hope to see you all again soon! Best regards Tony and friends

Bad breakfast. I order 2 rooms for 2 nights. GOT Only 1 and had to make hotels.com to send new conformation to Get the second room. Hotel did nothing to help. Had to use a lot of time to fix a problem that was not my fault

A very nice hotel for the price what I did not like was there was only one staff member that I met that spoke English, which I found to be very surprising since the hotel is right across the street from a popular beach and many of their clients were English-speaking.

Hotel was fine. I had to leave early because of family emergency. I paid at the hotel. They would not refund any money. Said see Expedia. I have left bookings early before where I paid at hotel and never a problem. Usually they would charge a small fee. You can be sure the hotel rented out the room and was double paid for the nights I left early. So disappointed.
