"It was a basic hotel. Barely got greeted by the receptionist. Rooms smelled and outdated"

"My bathroom was DIRTY (rings in tub and dirt around side of bath) and the shower had only 1% water pressure (barely a drip) and the tub would NOT drain. Repeated calls for assistance from Engineers produced NO response for more than one hour. I was unable to shower and had to wash using the sink. Very frustrating and a bad start to the day. VERY UNHAPPY with this experience."

"Last time I stayed there the toilet didn't flush sometimes and needed extra help. This time the faucet kept running a bit when you turned it off. Doesn't have a continental breakfast, it's extra and it was hard finding someone to help. Person was too busy helping guests check in and out, ect. at the front desk. Some minor things, but overall a nice hotel."

"I would not recommend this IHG property and will not be returning. Our rooms were not Well cleaned. The property grounds are also not well maintained. I had originally selected this hotel due to the reasonable price. I learned that I could have paid a little more and likely had a much better stay. I definitely do not Recommend this location for families, as there were also safety concerns on site."

"$25 a night parking fee, hvac with no control, we stayed in a room that was 63*. Was told by maintenance we could turn fan speed to low but that was all. Then management beat on our door waking us at 9 am and accused of smoking in room, we weren't. Oddly, how does one defend self of that? We invited them to inspect room and when they came in and saw/smelled nothing, no apology. We were not treated like guests. Crossing Hyatt off the list and sharing my experience."

"I like staying at this hotel, the price is reasonable, it's in a convenient location for me, menu breakfast during the week in the lobby, bar area, buffet breakfast on the weekends. The breakfasts are the closest you will get to homemade, delicious. Ask for Juliette she does a great job in the morning with breakfast. Free coffee in the lobby area in the morning until around 11am. The pool was great place to relax or have some with your family. I had a great stay again."

"My husband and I stayed a couple of nights and were very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms, along with the friendliness of the staff. When we walked in the lobby for check-in, we were immediately greeted and it went very smoothly. Each time walking past the front desk, we were always greeted as well. It was refreshing. The breakfast was really good, but if you wanted oatmeal or pancakes, you had to stand in the long omelet line to get them because they were not self-serve....
