"Everything was great since checking in. Services were good, location was impeccable with just a 5 mins walk to Lotte duty free, myeongdong shopping street and about 10 mins walk to shinshege and namdaemun market. Club lounge offers thoughful to-go box for family with children, since children are not permitted to join cocktail session. Hot meals, salads, soft drinks and a bottle of wine are included in to-go box. Jenny Jung from the club lounge is very professional and friendly. Our stay was a...

"Fabulous location, very nice people, terrific art on walls and in adjacent museum. However, standard rooms are TINY. Fine for a single person. We are a couple and we suspected that but counted on the "guest lounge" as a place where we could get comfy chairs, talk, work on our email, read, etc. Sadly, the "lounge" is a computer and two low tables with four not-comfortable dinig style chairs in a small room with a vending machine and all hard surfaces. Would get larger room or not stay here...

"I'm sure many are enamored with the giant tub in the middle of the room. Somehow I initially read it as a hot tub but it's just a regular tub and we used it exactly 1 time. It's actually too big to be comfortable. It's not ergonomically designed to include or relax. It's all hard right angles so best you can do is sit awkwardly. And takes forever to fill given how big it is so you start to feel guilty about all the water you're using. Aside from that novelty of an amenity, the rooms are very...

"The location is excellent, in front of a subway entrance, but the property shows some wear. The lobby is on the rooftop, so it’s weird when it’s your first time, you have to go to the top floor to check in. The staff was helpful, but the room was very basic. I’m not a fan of the pink and dark atmosphere though — I had the impression that this was a “love” hotel at first. The bed is not the most comfortable either. Didn’t feel like a Marriott property, honestly."

"The location is unbeatable-- this hotel is walking distance from so many of the sights I wanted to see in Seoul (several of the royal palaces, hanok villages, and the Myeongdong shopping district). The room was extremely clean and was suitable for my purposes as I was traveling alone, but it was fairly small (especially the bathroom). The hotel also operates on with self check-in, so I never actually saw a member of the staff. This wasn't an issue for me as I didn't have any problems, but I...

"This hotel is a hidden gem. The location is perfect walking distance to many popular attractions: shopping, historical sites, and restaurants. The check in staff was very helpful and kind. We were able to store our luggage before check-in since we arrived very early. The room was comfortable. The WiFi was easy and fast. There was a shared kitchen and laundry space for our use. We enjoyed the hotel so much that we booked a second time at the end of our trip."
