客室は清潔で、連泊中の清掃も素早く的確にし て下さって、フロントの皆さんもとても好感が持てて、素晴らしかったのですが、それを覆す困った事がひとつありました。チェックアウトの日、私は早朝3時に出かけなければならなかったのですが、24時間対応して下さるようだったので、安心していました。しかし、実際その時間にチェックアウトしようとしたら、フロントスタッフがカウンターで爆睡していて、時間帯的には眠くても仕方の無い事なので、多少の仮眠なら良かったのですが、声をかけても全然起きてくれず、時間を食いました。しかも、起きたと思ったらまた寝たり、やっと手続きをしてくれたと思ったら、まだ私がいるのに寝落ちして、大変驚きました。滞在が何も文句無く素敵なヴェローナ滞在だったので、最後のショックが大きいです。
