"This place was lovely, right on the slopes of mount Etna. Guiseppe and Louisa were fantastic hosts and were very friendly and helpful. Good set up of our apartment with separate living space to bedroom with lots of room. Only downside was small shower and no AC. On the day we were leaving they were quite happy for us to take our time as room was free for that day so woke up late and after sorting ourselves out we took a tour of the winery. "Beach and pool and the view"

"Staff were not helpful, I felt that I am bothering them if I ask for help. For football fans I would not recommend to go during the World Cup as there is no any chance to watch any match. Hotel has sky provider for TV that blocks World Cup matches on RAI 1 National TV. I every day asked hotel staff to contact sky to not block matches without success. The staff answered was always that nothing can be done as sky provider controls blocking world cups matches."
