"I only stayed for one night as I had a long layover. I didn’t use many of the facilities but I loved that it was so close to Pasir Ris Park which was a lovely walk in the evening. Hotel bed was very comfortable and big, the room was spacious and the view of the sea was great. "

"An older style hotel that shows in its interior design. The pool is small and round. The shower is a good size, the bed is comfortable. The room in minimalist decor, almost an afterthought. The toiletries were sparse. However having said all that, the room is spacious, the staff were friendly, there is a balcony. Handy to a great area for walking and exploring. Would I stay here again? mmmmm not sure. "

"Old hotel. Thin walls, can hear neighbour’s conversations loud and clear. Housekeeping is abysmal. Of the 7 days we were there. There was only one day that housekeeping cleaned the room properly. No sound insulation from outside. You can hear the planes landing/taking off at all hours of the night."

"If using public transportation from Changi airport the 36 bus takes you about 2 blocks from the hotel in about 35 minutes. Hotel reception is on the 7th floor so entrance to hotel is not obvious from the street. The hotel is located through the shopping arcade fronted by Starbucks and BaBa Chews restaurant. "The hotel room was clean and house keeping is very prompt. The make up service was fast and bed chamber man was paying attention to details. Good job by the bed chamber man on level 3 for dates 10-13 March 2015. We were happy coming back to a clean room after tiring days out in the city. However this hotel is overall not too suitable for younger children due to "loud & noisy activities" in the neighbouring rooms. "

"I found this hotel to be a reasonable budget hotel. It is very clean and well managed. The Staff was very helpful and nice. The cleaning staff was also very friendly and helpful as well. The hotel is located conveniently near a bus stop that also stops at the MRT stations as it winds its way through town. We stayed 7 days. I would highly recommend it for budget travelers."

"During my stay at the hotel for two nights, I found the overall experience to be rather unremarkable when it comes to hospitality. I was not impressed. I didn't feel that they went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. The amenities on lounge access offered were poor and not worth to consider. It was a functional and adequate accommodation, but I left without any lasting impression or desire to return in the future."

"Denry was kind and helpful from the moment I checked in. Having my room upgraded and a cake delivered was a thoughtful gesture that moved me. The room had incredible amenities and the decor was stunning. The location is perfect, the room was beautiful and the staff was amazing. The breakfast staff maravel made me feel right at home. I wish this hotel and staff was in every city I have to travel too. This property is a cut above the rest. "
