"Our family vacation was well spent, staff was polite and accommodatimg, food was excellent, rooms we clean and always made up by staff. Beds were very comfortable. We got a bit of a paint and gypsum paste odour in the corridor to our room, from repair works taking place in other rooms but the place was always clean "

"Muy buen servicio, excelente la limpieza de la habitación y áreas comunes, varias opciones de desayuno con una vista espectacular a la montaña. Tomamos el Tour de Cata de café y fue una gran experiencia. Detalles a tener en cuenta, dada su ubicación privilegiada en la montaña, el internet no tiene mucha señal y el acceso a la propiedad es un poco tedioso, son 12 minutos aprox desde la calle principal. Fuera de eso, toda la estadia excelente."

"This hotel is a solid five stars. The staff was very friendly. The food at the restaurants was excellent and very tasty. They went above and beyond in anything that you ask of them. The room was perfect and had daily service plus night turn down. The only thing that I would try to make it better is that the shower needs some type of safety handle as the floor is ceramic tile and with the soap becomes a bit slippery. But otherwise this is the perfect hotel for your stay in Panama city. "
