"Fahad the front desk person went over and above to help out when our room ac was not functioning. They ensured they got it fixed by night and the front desk people were apologetic the next day. The rooms are really nice. It’s a boutique luxury hotel so not bad for that"

"It's a beautiful hotel in a great location for walking everywhere in the Gothic Quarter. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are very spacious, quiet and comfortable. The terrace on top is very nice and quite comfortable in the evenings. The breakfast set up is excellent. The areas I would suggest for improvement would be to get an iron for guests and make sure that the TV's work properly. Our remote did't work right and was not fixed or replaced. "Excellent location. Walkable to tons of the places that make the Gothic quarter special. Very reasonable walk to the waterfront as well. There is a lively plaza behind the hotel with some kind of band that played most nights but they were quiet by a little after ten and besides them you really couldn’t hear much noise from outside at all as the windows and walls are very well sound proofed.
