"Clean room and amenities. We appreciated the quality tea selection provided, as well as the bathroom amenities. We loved the Japanese-type toilet. It was a major deciding factor in choosing a hotel. Our room was always kept clean promptly, all throughout our stay. The bed and pillows were nice and comfortable. Staff were kind and very helpful. It is also wonderful that they understand and speak English. Breakfast selection was also fabulous. We truly enjoyed our stay. "

"Location wise was okay. However the room was pretty dusty and small. I was given a different room from what I booked so I was a bit upset. Although it’s a 5 star hotel, the service and room amenities is not exactly 5 stars. Just think twice before booking. I recommend going for Marriott hotels if looking for 5 stars. "

"My family and I throughly enjoyed our stayed here. We booked 3 rooms. This hotel was about a 10-min walk from the train station, surrounded by food with the popular Yonghe soya bean directly opposite the hotel. The rooms were clean and they provided snacks, water, toothbrush at the pantry, and even buns for breakfast! Love the toilet bowl because it was the automated one. Staff were helpful and friendly.
