"This was our first time in Taipei and we absolutely loved our stay at the Taipei Garden Hotel. It was a true 5-star experience with clean spacious rooms, great views of the city, and extremely friendly & helpful staff. "The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom nice. Air conditioning was good and the wifi excellent. I was very happy and relaxed in the room and found good dining options nearby. There is also a 7-11 nearby for quick snack options. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again."

Although it’s a 5 star hotel, the service and room amenities is not exactly 5 stars. Just think twice before booking. I recommend going for Marriott hotels if looking for 5 stars. "

"My family and I throughly enjoyed our stayed here. We booked 3 rooms. This hotel was about a 10-min walk from the train station, surrounded by food with the popular Yonghe soya bean directly opposite the hotel. "We enjoyed our stay! The staff was helpful, room was clean. We enjoyed the gym pass and laundry service. The room was minimal but has all the best amenities. I will stay here again! "the hotel look good in the photos, however when checked in the room look a bit disappointed and different from the photos my unit windows is facing to the opposite apartment windows, if near to windows can see what other people is doing, which feel not convenient at all if open window overall the hotel is OK, just the location is in the middle of Xi MenTing and is convenient"

"Friendly staff. First time I am in a hotel where the reception is in the basement. And the basement guest area is awesome with free snacks (ramen, egg buns, chips, etc.), games, and armchairs. Our room was small but sufficient for a couple nights. The bathroom had a large shower. Highly recommend the place!"
