"We did not use the airport shuttle but it definitely seemed useful. The room was clean, it was just very dark, our view was a wall, and the sheets and pillows were extremely thin. The air conditioning worked amazingly. Breakfast was delicious and it there were many options to choose from. The staff was also very friendly. Also, the check in and check out process was very fast and smooth. Would definitely return."

"The only thing remotely decent about this hotel is the free Breakfast. Everything else was terrible. There was trash on the floor, dripping toilet, water pooling on the floor by the shower, the curtains don’t shut completely, rats in the bushes, and there wasn’t even a telephone to call the front desk. Later, they put in the telephone, but it didn’t work. One guest told us at breakfast that a rat felt from the ceiling from the sitting area in her room. Horrible experience! Will not stay there...

"It was a very dirty and neglected room, and the following are issues I had: • There was urine and hair on the bathroom floor • There was used toilet paper in the bathroom trash • There was hair on the bed, in between the sheets, on the pillows, and under the pillows. • There was almost no place to park When I first went to use the bathroom, I noticed there was hair and urine on the floor in front of the toilet and shower, and there was used toilet paper still in the bathroom trash.
