"I absolutely LOVED my stay at the Juan Rodriguez Hacienda. Our flight was delayed and had to check in late but they were so accomodating. They even brouggt some snacks to our room and had a little welcome drink waiting for us. The room was definitely not your run of the mill chain hotel room. Stayed here with 2 kids and we absolutely loved the location - able to walk everywhere for the key sights and plenty of fantastic restaurants and stores (and gelato spots!) The hospitality of the staff was next level. They were so helpful and responsive to ensure we had a great stay. Breakfast was convenient and wholesome. Highly recommend! "
