"Great one night stay"

"Return visit. Had breakfast this time and the selection and quality is good. Chef at egg station was overwhelmed everyday by orders and hence a bit grouchy (everyday). Waiting staff clears the plates fast. Should be complimented on their level of service quality. Room is clean. Front desk staff are very professional. Location is good. 10 mins walk to Seoul station. "

"We stayed at ENA when we were in Seoul. The location was great, about a 15-20 min walk to Myeongdong and 10 min walk to Namdaemun. Also a 5 min bus ride to Gyeongbokgung. It was close enough to Myeongdong but quieter than staying there. The only difficult part was that our taxi driver didn't know the hotel (maybe because it's relatively new?) but that was right at the beginning. There was a pharmacy, Paris Baguette, and several coffee shops very close to the hotel so it was convenient when we needed to pick up breakfast or needed meds. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The rooms were also bigger than most hotels which was great, given that there were 3 of us in each room (3 single beds which was already great)! Also, the airport limousine bus was right across the street on the main road which was very convenient! We would definitely stay here again!"

"The room was oriented in an awkward manner, the head of bed had a bunch of TV outlets but the TV had USB ports for charging. Also no universal outlets in the room and if you need to rent one you have to give them money or passport while you have it. It had a good view and generally in good condition and price. The pillows were terribly uncomfortable but I was not expecting more. "

"Nice clean hotel in a good location with easy access to the metro. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Very nice bathroom with bath and shower.The rooms are a good size for solo travellers however people with multiple suitcases may struggle for space. No wardrobe space provided in the room I stayed in. The room layout is the biggest negative as the sliding door can’t fully block the automatic motion sensor light in the corridor which is activated by people walking past the room outside. Also the air conditioning cannot be adjusted, therefore the room is quite warm. "

"Would def stay here again. The hotel is beautiful, clean, modern and spacious. The staff very helpful. Location wise very convenient with a train station just outside. I recommend it 💯 "

"Top location, at the steps of exit of Gongdeok station with direct link to airport and easy access to key areas in Seoul. Rooms are comfortable. Bathroom has a great shower. All spotlessly clean. There also is a 7-11 on site open till 1AM! On the negative side: I had a stressful departure. Front desk called 5 minutes after check out time informing me that if I won't check out in 15 minutes I will be charged. Communication style needs serious improvement because it cancelled my otherwise positive impression of the hotel."
