The staff was very friendly and the amenities were fantastic.

You book this hotel for the location. Amenities, service are ok. People are friendly and willing to help but some thing are just the way they are. AC don’t work all the time, when it did it produced a high pitched noise, there was this flashing light right above the bed that was seemingly random in its blinking pattern sometimes really bright other times not noticeable. Our first room had a view of construction equipment, second room on floor 10 was a lot better. TV stopped working after first night, two asks to fix nothing changed. It was really nice to be able to drink from the taps in the bathroom.

The rooms are super clean and nice. Staff is very friendly. There aren’t many amenities if that’s the kind of thing you’re looking for, but it’s everything you need for a nice, affordable stay downtown. Location is great as it’s in Little Italy and close to all the SoHo shopping and restaurants. We were able to walk just about everywhere and it was super convenient. Highly recommend!
