The location in the center in town was convenient. The 20% off discount (for hotel guests) at the Sport Boutique (ski equipment rental) was appreciated. "No towels and bed sheets provided whereas it should have. Poor communication. I was told towels and sheets would be delivered next day before noon, but was then told it is impossible!!! Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furniture… OVERPRICED!!! To be avoided!!!"

Accueil tres sympa, j ai adore l appart, tres bon canape lit, coin cuisine bien amenage, grande sdb avec baignoire, j avais une belle terrasse avec vue sur les montagnes. "We had an amazing stay at the Hotel Portetta. The rooms are cozy and well appointed. The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly. They are very knowledgeable and easily sort out anything you need (from airport transfers to guides). There is a lovely spa and not just a ski room, but a ski shop (where you can rent equipment, etc.). Hotel Portetta is ski-in-ski-out, a few strides from the Courchevel Moriond gondola. "Perfect ski-in/ski-out location. Although the hotel is a bit worn down, the friendly, service-minded staff and the very clean rooms more than compensate. There is a frequent free local shuttle bus right outside, or you can easily take an Uber to and from Courchevel centre."
