Lovely hotel, great location and excellent reception staff and housekeeping. Spa could do with a little upgrading to be competitive.

4 stars that need revision. Quickly.

Bullet points: Food: stayed at the same hotel 9 years ago. The food was great. Now its all the opposite. Horrible. Both breakfast and dinner. Beverages: even though the distance between tables (Covid 19) is abandoned in Andorra - the hotel has still occupied the bar area/lounge with dining tables. That means that there is not an area to enjoy a drink before dinner or to relax after skiing. Not 100% correct as there is a "lounge" area in another place - without service. One wonder what its for!! WiFi: did not work on 5th and 6th floor. However the last two days I managed to get a cable to use LAN. The IT guy was very helpful. Noise: seems like Pas de la Casa has turned into being paradise for youngsters from France and UK. Although on the 6th floor the noise was unbearable and continued till 4 AM. Service: mainly very helpful South-Americans - but leadership was for sure missing. When you ordered something from the grill (one kind of fish/one kind of meat) - it showed up when you had dessert. Cleanness: very good General knowledge about skiing renting, areas, etc: Very pure. Attention to clients: we had an issue about cancelling a few days where Hotels.com was extremely cooperative but the hotel was the opposite - have to say though that when talking to management finally action was taken. Overall - if you want to have a nice week in Andorra chose another hotel - at least till the get things right,

Estancia muy buena. El personal amable y eficiente. Muy bien situado respecto a las pistas de esquí. Sin embargo la cena tipo buffet no es lo que nos ha gustado mas. Prefieramos una cena servida a mesa.

Vraiment pas normal ! Un hôtel 4 étoiles qui fournit des chambres de bonne ! Vraiment déçu et surtout par rapport au prix ! Un vrai tarif 4 étoiles avec une prestation qui en vaut à peine 2. 50cm d'espace autour du lit; une salle de bain aussi petite que un Formule 1. Meme pas un bureau est une chaise alors que dans un Formule 1 il y en a... Coté resto, produit très décevant et pas du tout qualitatif. Meme pas de pain le premier soir. Et le petit déjeuner, pareil. Et surtout sans chocolat chaud. Cerise sur le gateau, l'hotel est situé juste à coté des bars et boite de nuit... Vous l'aurez compris. A partir de 3 heures du matin et ce, jusqu'a 5h vous avez énormément de bruit. Si vous prenez comme moi une chambre 1 seul lit au 7eme étage, faites attention les photos ne sont pas représentative. Surtout qu'il y en a une ou on voit une fenêtre avec une belle vue sur la montage enneigé...C'est une photo prise depuis le couloir ! Votre vue sera sur l'immeuble en face... Bref, totalement déçu et je vous le déconseille. Retour à la maison crevé car 2 nuit quasi blanche. PS : Si il a neigé, faite attention car pour rentrer dans le garage, c'est par une petite rue qui n'est pas entretenue. Du coup, obligé de laisser la voiture dehors à 650 mètres...

Good hotel

The best hotel in Pas de la Casa - close to slopes, well designed rooms, clean, friendly staff. The only thing holding back a top score was breakfast which was a bit disappointing- especially the coffee. But we enjoyed our stay and liked the staff - especially the helpful and friendly Juan!

Le personnel est accueillant. les chambres sont très grandes et très propres , le SPA est vraiment un plus après le ski... le buffet est gigantesque.... je suis végétarienne et j’ai pu manger varié et excellent durant mon séjour.... Nous y retournerons !

Séjour agréable, hôtel très confortable. Personnel qualifier. Sauf le garage en sous-sol, qui pourtant avait l'air sécurisant pour notre voiture. Nous nous sommes fait rayer l'arrière de notre voiture, nous l'avons signalé au directeur de l'établissement, il avait même trouvé le coupable de la rayure, qui à reconnu les faits. Mais rien n'a été fait pour nous dédommager et aucune nouvelle depuis. Le directeur de l'établissement avait prévu de remplir le constat avec la personne concerné, après avoir récupéré toutes nos coordonnées, mais aucune nouvelle. Dommage pour cette hôtel que nous trouvions très agréable pour nos séjours au Pas de la case.

PARFAIT!

L'accueil, la chambre, une salle de bain totalement équipée ( baignoire et douche) un service en salle irréprochable, un buffet qui change chaque jour, un buffet petit déjeuner gargantuesque, un parking adapté aux longs véhicules, un local à ski chauffé ( ce qui permet d'y laisser les chaussures de ski) tout était parfait!. Un accès immédiat aux pistes, Etablissement au cœur de la ville. Nous y retournerons!
