"Stunning rooms with beautiful views. The staff were all super helpful and lovely throughout and able to provide great recommendations when asked. The sauna facilities were excellent (beautifully designed and functional - truly 5 star) and the heated pool just fantastic. Not to mention the food either which was sensational from breakfast to lunch and dinner with non-staying guests regularly stopping by for food and drinks. The island itself was so peaceful and beautiful to set the hotel in it...

"While all the staff was great from the start, I was particularly impressed by the kindness and welcoming nature of two: 1- Louise, at the reception desk, helped me from the moment I arrived and was patient and empathetic and 2- Rima, the woman working in the Executive Lounge. She was so attentive and thoughtful from day 1! I take with me great memories of this nice hotel."

"Breakfast could have more hot choices"

"Pros- the location is fantastic - directly across the central station for train and bus. Nordstan Mall is 100m away. Right in the heart of the city. Can't to much better than this. -The breakfast was simply outstanding - especially the overnight oatmeal topped with turkeyish yogurt, their berry compote and sunflower seeds.. YUM! - The beds were very comfortable, slept well. The room itself was in the older section on the hotel, pleasant enough but not very bright - somber atmosphere. Cons -...

"Breakfast and Dinner had a good selection whilst during the day fresh coffee, tea, juice, biscuits etc available free help yourself, if not better than some other hotels we've stayed at albeit some work going on outside poolside area which didn't bother us. Staff kind and helpful, room well cleaned, For info tram is 3 minutes walk, get no 5 to central Gothenburg (cheaper than taxi) would definitely stay again "
