"Beware, when I arrived the towels and bed sheets had clearly been used, but the booking was not refundable, so I stayed, hoping they would be changed soon. 5 days passed and they were never changed. There is no on-site concierge or receptionist, only a building guard who does not work for the company directly, so he can't really help with anything."

"Não é hotel e sim flat, porém oferece cafe da manhã(básico) no restaurante no mesmo prédio, guarda volumes(após fim das diárias) e portaria 24hs. Locaizacao muto boa proximo a tudo no centro de BA, quarto com bom tamanho e cama confortável. Banheiro pequeno principalmente para quem está em 2 ou mais pessoas. Os quartos que dão para a rua da frente (nosso caso) podem incomodar devido ao barulho da rua, Portanto, evite-os."
