"Really good hotel by the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful, and a decent few facilities including sauna. Breakfast selection was great too though would run out of certain items if you didn’t get there early enough. Could also do with some less sugary options such a regular yogurt. Rooms were nice though lacked storage space for a stay of more than a day or two. It would also help if they have contacts of more than one tour operator. "Não ocorreu preenchimento de ficha de hospedes no chekin, não localizou a reserva, tirou foto das identidades. Café da manhã razoável, produtos servidos na mesa geram economia para o hotel, entrega o pão aquecido, mas se demorar esfria rápido, variedades baixas. Não foi oferecido a wi-fi. Parece mais uma pousada, a razão social da empresa é PARADOR BUZIOS LTDA. Concierge não vi achei atendimento normal de qualquer pousada.
