the hotel was very cute! Also the view would have been nice to the park. Sadly our Room (nro 10) was near a balcony so we couldnt keep the curtains open, and also the cigarette smell and noise came inside.

Erinomainen stop Pärnussa pitkälle matkalle.

Työmatka ja yö matkalla Puolaan. Loistava kokemus, hotellin vastaanotto todella mukava ja aamupala oli liian suuri, piti tilata etukäteen. Todella runsas silti. Suosittelen vahvasti 1h matkoille. Talvikaudella tilaa vaan puolikas aamupala, se piisaa.

クリスマス後の宿泊だったので、他のお客さんもいなくホテル内も町なかも静かでした。 チェックイン時に朝食時間とメインメニューを決めるので少し焦りましたが、出来立てのオムレツ＆ベーコンを食べました！古めかしいホテルでしたが、とても雰囲気があり最高な滞在になりました。

Rauhallinen kaupunkiloma

Sijainti erinomainen ja laadukas aamiainen, vaikka valikoima ei ollut kovin runsas. Se saattoi johtua ajankohdasta, kun turisteja oli aika vähän tähän aikaan. Palvelu oli oikein hyvä ja siisti huone, mutta paikka voi tarvita vähän kunnostamista jossakin vaiheessa.

Det er et super hyggeligt hotel, som ligger meget centralt. Personalet var flinke og morgenmaden var ok. Vi syntes desværre at sengen var alt for blød, hvilke gik ud over vores søvn.

Hotelli on hyvällä paikalla lähellä Pärnun vanhaa kaupunkia. Parkkipaikka hotellin edessä. Aamiaisen sai tilata valikosta ja määrittää ajan. Itse aamiaisen voisi tehdä paremmin. Huone oli pieni mutta riittävä ja siisti.

Jos haluat hyvää palvelua....

Hotelli mielestäni aivan oivallisella paikalla. Mutta mikä tärkein todella hyvä, korkeatasoinen asiakaspalvelu, ainakin osaltani (jopa osittain ylittäen normit). Vaikka pyhäpäiväpäivänä ravintola ei sattunut olemaan auki , niin sain todella SUURTA apua, koska jostain syystä korttini ei toiminut Eestissä. Viikonloppu, joten ongelmia pankkiin päin, mutta apua hotellilta tarjottiin. Olen ollut juippihotelleissa, mutta ehkä yksi parhaimmista palveluista tämä hotelli Hotel Victoria. Everything what they do is with love....I love this

Laittakaa huoneet kuntoon

Upeat puitteet omaava hotelli joka kuitenkin kaipaa perusteellista korjausta ainakin huoneiden osalta. Lisäksi hissi voisi olla hyvä juttu, portaat vähänkin huonojalkaiselle tosi ponnistus matkalaukun kanssa. Henkilökunta ystävällistä, mutta osin tuntui että oli laitettu harjoittelijat töihin ilman opastajaa ravintolan puolella.oli ihan pakko asiakkaana ja vanhempana tarjoilijalle sanoa että kaikki hyvin, ota ihan rauhassa, ei me purra. Ruoka hyvää ja aamiainenkin maistui tosi hyvin, ihanaa paikalla paistettua leipää, jonka tuoksu houkutteli huoneesta kipinkapin aamiaiselle jo heti kahdeksalta

Hyvä sijainti

Todella pieni huone, mutta oli siellä isompiakin. Sängyissä on kamalat patjat. Koko iso seurueemme oli tästä asiasta samaa mieltä.

バスターミナルからも近く、静かな環境でとてもリラックスできました。他サイトの口コミでベッドが柔らかすぎるという感想がありましたが、私は気にならなかったです。ただ、数枚のマットを積み重ねて作ったようなベッドだったので朝起きるとマットがズレていたりしたので、寝相の悪い人は大変かも！？ あと値段の割に部屋がとても狭かったです。

Hotelli oli kaunis, vanha ja ruokasali omalla tavallaan tyylikäs. Aamupala oli hyvä, henkilökunta palvelualtis. Huone oli pieni ja sänky aivan liian pehmeä, hankala nukkua. Ilmastointi heikko, onneksi saimme tuulettajan hellettä karkottamaan.

Odotukset kovat

Huone hyvin vanhanaikainen tietysti Viktoriaan tyypilliset. Pari sänky erittäin huono sinne keskelle vajosi. katsottu niin runkopatja pettänyt petarin alla. Sillä yritettiin nukkua 3 yötä korjaillen välillä yöllä petaria kun ei pysynyt paikoillaan. Asiakaspalvelussa hyvin halutonta palvelua. Aamiaispöytään piti joka aamu pyytää tuomaan ruokaa kun ei sitä ollut tarpeeksi, lautaset tyhjiä. Juoma juomapuoli hyvin heikko,ei sitä mitä pyydettiin, yritettiin vaihtaa muttei sitäkään. Poikani vaimoineen ja koira, koska eläimiä saa viedä hotelliin., he joutuivat kolmannesta kerroksesta menemään pienet ullakko portaat kattoterassi huoneeseen. noin ehkä 6 neliön huoneesee jossa kaksi erillistä sänkyä. Huoneessa ei jääkaappia eikä kuivausfööniä. Hintaa otettiin kuitenkin 45e lisää eli kuitenkin yli 300e. joten olisi pitänyt kyllä saada vähän enemmän mukavuutta. Hotelliin meno oli meidän kaikkien puolesta ensimmäinen ja viiminen. Emme suosittele kenellekkään kyseistä hotellia. Kokemus oli varsinkin nuortemme kannalta todella huono. Terassi huoneessa olisi yksinäiselle erittäin kiva paikka jos tykkää tuollaisesta. mieleemme tulee ,että lemmikki ihmiset eivät ole alhaisempia et eikä toisen luokan kansalaisia joita heitellään mihin huoneeseen tahansa.

Sänky onneton aivan liian pehmoinen sinnehän hävisi toinen alle ja toinen valui päälle! Muuten oikein viehättävä rauhallinen vanha hotelli. Tullaan toistekin, mutta otetaan oma vuode mukaan :)

Beautiful restaurant and exterior, rooms need renovation. Room was extremely hot during summer and very small. Dog friendly hotel and most of the personnel very welcoming, seems though that they are very unclear about pet fee. I contacted hotel to inform them in advance that I’m traveling with a dog they informed me that they charge 10 euros per night. When checking in the receptionist told me that it was already taken care of and covered when I paid in advance, finally when checking out the man at reception told me that I need to pay 15 euros per night for the dog. Seems like you get a different answer depending on the person you ask from.

Hea asukohaga "väsinud" hotell

Asukoht väga hea – kesklinnas. Ilma liftita kolmandale korrusele minek üpris tüütu. Toas mingi imelik lõhn… Kahene tuba ruumikas, voodi normaalne, ka vannituba, saadaval kõige odavam pakišampoon. Wifi pea-aegu olematu – kahe päeva jooksul sain internetti vaid kahel korral, sellele tähelepanu juhtimisest polnud kasu. Televiisor imepisike. Pole isegi pudeliavajat ja uksesilti „mitte häirida“, kirjutusvahendist ja paberist rääkimata. Kui akent lahti teha, pudeneb kitt klaasidelt. Hommikusöök: piisav valik ja hea kvaliteet. Kokkuvõtteks: sama hinnaga on Pärnus paremaid hotelle hulganisti.
