"We were in Topsail recently scouting out spots for a future vacation and found this hidden gem there. Sea Vista is the perfect spot for a beach vacation. "We’ve been staying at Homewood Suites Mayfaire for several years. It is our favorite hotel in Wilmington NC. The staff is always pleasant and extremely accommodating for all our needs. If I have any suggestions for management, this time around I found the bedsheets were somewhat scratchy. My skin is extremely sensitive, so I noticed this as soon as getting into the bed. I hope it was a one-time thing! The breakfast is always superior and the older gentleman assisting in the breakfast area...

"Has a great time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We ended up extending our trip by a day with no problem. The room is nothing extraordinary but it did the job for our small family. I appreciated the simplicity and the little kitchen which allowed me to make breakfast for my family. Easy beach access and super cute patio! We are already talking about staying again soon! "
