"A great location, staff, amenities and cleanliness. Only suggestion would be for hotel to add a bench with a small roof cover somewhere for smokers. They have to stand outside in the elements to smoke. I'm a non-smoker but many smokers are older and standing in the heat in uncomfortable for them."

"Great service, people, location and overall experience! The room itself could use some TLC. Also, to order from the Concorde, you have to walk to the register. It would be awesome to have a QR code for the room to order. Overall a great stay and we will definitely be back!"

"The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment we stepped into the hotel. They accommodate to an issue we had and took care of it right away. The hotel is beautiful, the view of the river walk was to die for. The hotel has different locations to exit and enter the building making it easier to get to the river walk and parking lot. There is not one bad thing I can say about this hotel. I’ll definitely be back to Wilmington and will sure be booking with them again. Highly recommend...

"If you want to enjoy the water front area of Wilmington, you'd be hard pressed to beat the location and amenities of this hotel. Everything from the rooms to the service to the outside bar was excellent. Did I mention the outside bar? Excellent! It's within walking distance of everything on the waterfront."
