"Staff was very nice and helpful. AJ the manager seems very busy and scattered but generally reasonable and professional. The room itself was not bad - there were some areas like the bed pad nook by the window that didn't appear to be the cleanest but the primary beds were in good condition. The shower curtain bar needed to be tightened/repaired because it wouldn't hold up the curtain properly to cover the entire shower. We had a short stay and it did the job, so no major complaints."

"The staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room was very basic, it had a microwave and small refrigerator but no coffee maker, plastic cups or shampoo and conditioner. It was fine for the one night I stayed since it was close to where I was going but I wouldn't want to stay there for any length of time."

"No cleaning service unless you are staying longer than 7 days. The room smelled and I could not remove the smell. "

"I stayed there for a week, but they never came in to clean the room. It was pointless to put a "Please Clean" sign on the door or complain. I ended up staying in a dirty room."
