"The hotel was not anything like what it was presented on line. It smelled, there was trash in the hallways overnight. Our pillow cases were dirty, the bedding looked old and ragged, the noise from the road was loud, there was a homeless encampment next to the hotel that we could see out our window and there was no housekeeping for our 5 rooms the entire time we were there Thursday-Sunday "

"My room was not cleaned once after a 5 day / 4 night stay. Additionally, the toilet was leaking the whole stay."

"$375/night was highway robbery for this room and hotel. We were placed in a 1st floor room in the far wing. The entire wing wreaked of weed for 2 days. The rooms had just undergone renovation, but were already beat and dirty. Wall paper pealing, shower area dirty, carpet freyed and dirty. The shower diverter leaked all night and would not shut off. The glass was broken in near the doorway entrance and had been for some time. They just leaned it back up with not attempt to fix it. The overall condition of the exterior was beat. To top it off, they charged another $10/night to park in a lot large enough to land a boeing in. It's an office park, not Manhattan. There was room for a 737 in the parking lot. The coffee shop out front was empty of supplies and food and was so slow. The bartender was the nicest person we met. There are plenty of other nice places to stay for the money. "

"Great hotel"

"The room was pretty bare and not all that attractive. There was no place for two people to sit (only one office chair), so my husband and I ended up eating dinner and playing our board games just on the bed. The bed creaked whenever we moved. The breakfast had no low-carb options and very minimal options for protein, and the coffee tasted bad. While someone was using the toaster on the one “good” side of the toaster -while 4 more people waited in line to use the toaster- it caught on fire, yes, fire. My husband ended up putting the fire out and it took 5 people looking for the one staff member trying to do everything (breakfast, check out, etc) 2 minutes before he finally came in and checked out the situation. Yes, our room seemed relatively clean, and the overworked staff were friendly enough, but overall the property was unattractive and the breakfast was awful. "

"The rooms appear outdated in person than in photos. Some of the outlets didn’t work. The bathroom was quite small. And worst part was the toilet did not properly flush. It ended up getting clogged and we couldn’t find anyone to help. One positive is that they offer free breakfast."
