Très correct pour le prix, à recommander.

Séjour d'une nuit, bon accueil, chambre propre et assez récente. Pour Paris, c'est très correct. Rue un peu bruyante. Deux ventilateurs présents dans la chambre, très utiles en cas de fortes chaleurs.

Agréable séjour

Bon séjour au Zazie hôtel avec une chambre confortable et très propre. La salle de bain mériterait une rénovation mais l'hôtel ayant été en majorité rénové, je suppose que c'est pour bientôt ! Séjour au calme, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Bof, déçus

On s’est basés sur les avis pour notre réservation et nous avons été franchement déçus. L’accueil était cordial, mais pas fou non plus par rapport à ce qu’on avait vu dans les avis. La chambre était très petite, non chauffée à notre arrivée, nous avons eu froid le temps que le radiateur chauffe, mal isolée (on entendait le moindre bruit de nos voisins), hyper mal finie (tout était de travers et mal fait). Il y avait du moisi sur le mur, la déco était quasi inexistante. La SDB, très petite, sentait les égouts, la lunette des WC était sale. Le linge de toilette dans un très mauvais état. Il y avait 3 petits oreillers dont un taché, pas de mini bar comme indiqué lors de la réservation. Même la déco de la salle commune n’était pas du tout comme sur les photos. L’hôtel est en travaux, ceci explique peut-être cela… La literie était confortable mais la petite couette recouverte d’un simple drap n’était pas suffisante pour dormir parfaitement. Pas de voilage, on doit choisir entre être dans le noir (rideaux occultants) ou que les voisins d’en face nous voit ! Les points positifs sont qu’une attention particulière est portée sur les gestes écolo, distributeur de produit de douche, poubelle de tri. Nous avons aussi pu laisser nos bagages à la réception pour notre dernière journée à Paris. Bref, nous ne reviendrons pas. Cet hôtel a encore bcp de progrès à faire. Peut-être que les travaux vont améliorer le confort.

mon séjour a été de 3 nuitées chez Zazie hôtel. j'ai beaucoup apprécié le quartier du 12 ème, très dynamique. le service était parfait, les hôtes étaient très serviables et sympathiques. nous avons eu beaucoup de liberté d'aller et venir car il y avait toujours quelqu'un à l'accueil. nous reviendrons certainement lorsque nous reviendrons voir notre fils qui habite tout prêt.
