The staff were very friendly and helpful, we would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is in the financial district, we felt very safe exploring and in the evening. Lots of restaurants and the arena for us was a 15 minute walk.

Un baño con olor a caño la regadera no funcionaba la vista no era más que edificios me resultó un hotel como un ibis de baja gama cuando es un Meliá y es un Meliá tríate geo sucio y sin tener las cosas funcionando por el terrible olor no dormí en toda la noche

Excellent and attentive staff...
Extremely helpful staff! They immediately responded to the issues I am highlighting below. An A/C system that was difficult to control with instructions only in French (the staff had to come twice to address) and not enough pressure in the sink and shower. Both of these were addressed by the tremendously helpful staff of the Melia.
What couldn't be addressed because it is due to the poor architectural design of the building is the wasted space in the suite (hence why the hotel despite its efforts cannot be considered eco-friendly) and no sink in the toilet closet forcing you to have to go around to the main bathroom to wash your hands.

스탠드 조명뿐이라 매우 어둡고 심지어 독서등 하나는 고장났습니다. 룸서비스는 유일하게 QR코드로만 주문해야하는데 연결이 안됩니다.
인터넷 속도가 매우 느리며(와이파이 안테나가 점 한개 뜨거나 아예 연결되지 않음) 심지어 숙박 중간에 비밀번호가 바뀌었는데 알려주지도 않았습니다.
룸 카드키 한 개를 방에 두고 나갔는데 저녁에 입실해보니 사라졌고, 컨시어지에 얘기하니 미안하다는 말도 없었습니다. 엘리베이터에서 룸 카드키가 인식이 잘 안되는 것은 다반사입니다.
로비에 커피머신이 있지만 시간 제한적으로 운영합니다.
방 하나는 먼저 체크아웃 하는 것으로 커넥티드 룸을 예약했는데, 저녁에 입실해보니 커넥티드룸의 문이 열린 상태였습니다. 옆방에는 이미 다른 투숙객이 입실해있었구요. 심지어 컨시어지에서는 이 사실을 전혀 몰랐습니다.
전반적으로 직원들의 태도가 친절하지 않습니다.
신도시라는 점과 지하철역이 가깝다는 것만 장점입니다.

I liked the quality of the hotel and everything was fine. The only minor complaint was with the elevators and key cards....had to get the cards reset a fee times. Also the hotel should provide washcloths.

Das Hotel liegt zwar nicht wirklich zentral, diente uns aber als Zwischenstopp zum Atlantik. Mit den mitgenommen Fahrrädern hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt und konnten eine sehr tolle Rundfahrt über viele Pariser Sehenswürdigkeiten machen, bevor wir als Abschluss, gekrönt mit einem tollen Ausblick über Paris, im geräumigen und sehr sauberen Zimmer, eine ruhige Nacht hatten.
Das in der Kategorie „The Level“ enthaltene Frühstück war sehr lecker und bot alles was man von einem Continental Breakfast erwartet.
Die Freundlichkeit des Personals war ebenfalls top.
Mit der Metro Anbindung direkt vor der Haustür ist das Hotel nicht nur als Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg zum Atlantik zu empfehlen.
Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.
