Even though our flight was cancelled due to extreme circumstances, the hotel was too inflexible to offer so much as partial credit or anything else to try and be considerate. They didn't even reply to our emails for like a week (they later said they'd gone to spam).
Maybe the hotel itself is alright - we'll never know, since there's no way we'll be staying with a place that's this intransigent and inconsiderate.
