Look, it is what it is... basic room in Paris. Bed and sheets were clean, so was towel, shower was hot, the important things were fine. Yesterday was 39C, and of course no AC, but the window worked, sorry neighbors, I needed that air. But cannot get more stars as was generally grimey.... not somewhere to take a loved one.

Cheap (for Paris) but not very cheerful

The shower curtain was covered in black mould - which was even more remarkable as the wall next to the bath was at 30 degrees from horizontal, so it was almost impossible to stand while taking a shower. No plug in the sink. Air conditioning not working. On the plus side, it is just 5 or 6 minutes from the metro and 10 from the Paris expo site. Bed linen was clean...

All I have to say is that there was bed bugs in the room I did not stay longer than 1 hour as soon as I saw them I grab my things and left and when I went to the front desk to return the key the person at the counter didn’t even apologized he just said ok he did not look concerned or bother by it

Nice place,needs a refresh

The staff was friendly and easy to work with, the bedding was clean there were clean towels. the shower was pretty dated the bathroom was clean but had mildew or mold. The building was rundown and fairly old. The carpets in the building were bad makes you wonder if it had something in there. The location is really good It didn't take long to get to the Eifel Tower. Access to restaurants and grocery stores were really good. can't really complain too much the place is comparable to a hotel 6.

I've seen negative reviews about this hotel on this and other platforms, but our experience was quite the opposite. Based on reviews, we thoroughly checked our rooms for bedbugs and found none. The rooms were clean and quite spacious. The bathroom in our first floor room was spacious enough for my son's wheelchair, and it was an excellent bathroom for someone with limited mobility. We were surprised that despite our room facing the street, it was quite quiet at night. We slept well. The hotel manager was very kind and helpful. This is a no-frills hotel, but you get an excellent deal with its low rates (especially for this being Paris). I give my review 4 stars because the mattresses are hard and the pillows lumpy, as well as because we were told we couldn't be provided with extra pillows. Other than that, we will gladly stay here if we return to Paris.

The hotel is not good , is not clean, and the doush is broken, the ground of the room is not clean. Also, the room that i reserved is diffrent of the the one they give me. i was so upeset, and i felt that they cheated me.

Rip off 0 star hotel, with rip off receptionist.

Hotel was advertised as having WIFI which was not available within my room, making it unsuitable to work on my laptop. Booking was made on the availability of WIFI. My room was dirty, stains on the walls carpet was black with dirt. Apart from small bar of hand soap no shower gel was provided. No shower head stand was provided. My room was left uncleaned for two days. Receptionist demanded 10Euros cash to allow me leave my suitcase in reception, and wanted another 10Euros for a receipt! Receptionist would not order a taxi for me, so I have too wander the streets for 30minutes in the rain looking for a taxi rank. Worst hotel I have stayed in. Three star rating was completely false. I have deleted Hotels.com app and will not book through this site again.

Minha estadia foi ok. Quarto bem aquecido, chuveiro muito bom, boa localização, cama limpa e confortável, metrô a 8 minutos a pé, 45 minutos a pé da Torre Eiffel. Wi-Fi não funcionou, o chão era todo de carpete (talvez alguns não goste assim como eu). Em resumo, pelo valor da estadia, é uma boa escolha.
