Great little hotel close to transit options. Old, small and shabby room but clean and affordable. Hotel is 1 star at best but fine for a short stay and provides privacy and your own bathroom in expensive Paris. I agree with ither reviews about the staff - one staff member definitely more friendly and helpful than the other one I talked to at the front desk. Didn't eat there. Close to busses and metro, quiet neighborhood. Wouldn't stay there again as the bathroom door in my room (#305) was rotten and should be replaced as the shower soaks the whole bathroom when used but was fine for the 2 nights i stayed there.

Alles Perfekt, nur eine Kleinigkeit. Wir hatten zwei Einzelzimmer gebucht und haben ein Doppel und ein Einzel bekommen da diese Zimmer nebeneinander lagen. Das Doppel war perfekt, das Einzelzimmer hatte leider eine kleine Macke. Im Bad müssten die Silikonfugen erneuert werden da diese schon Schwarze Punkte aufweisen und die Abfluss Abdeckung erneuert werden. Ansonsten Frühstück Super, Personal einfach Klasse und das Hotel ist sehr gut mit den Öffentlichen zu erreichen.

Não observei que não tinha ar-condicionado e o quarto era bem abafado. O box do banheiro era só de um lado e molha o chão. Só tinha uma lâmpada funcionando no quarto, mas não reclamei. Mas o quarto é confortável e o café da manhã é bom.

Good economical place to stay.

This is a comfortable hotel. Has everything you need to collapse at the end of a busy day out and about. Close to metro. Quiet neighborhood. Several restaurants nearby and a few little grocers. If you are looking for luxury, this is not the place for you.

Accueil très sympathique mais mauvaise hygiène.

Le séjour fût court, j'ai été très bien accueilli, je suis arrivée plus tôt que prévu et on m'a trouvé une chambre direct, sans même que je demande. De ce côté là rien à redire. Personne à l'acceuil très gentille.Cependant la chambre n'était vraiment pas propre, oreillers avec tache de rouge à lèvre, sol collant, salle de bain pas propre mais surtout pommeaux de douche vraiment dégueulasse. J'ai été signaler pour le pommeau de douche car je ne pouvais vraiment pas me laver dans ces conditions, la dame de l'acceuil a été choqué et très compréhensive, elle m'a envoyé la personne qui s'occupe du ménage qui elle parcontre, en plus de me tutoyer, a voulu faire passer ça pour du calcaire (c'était noir, je sais faire la différence). Heureusement ils m'ont quand même mis un nouveau pommeau de douche. Mais franchement quand on est déjà épuisé de voyager à droite à gauche pour le travail, même si j'ai apprécié la gentillesse de l'acceuil, c'est tendu de devoir faire le ménage soit même (oui oui je suis allée acheter de quoi désinfecter parce que la crasse ça je peux pas). Compliqué de ne pas être à l'aise quand on est déjà fatiguée... Ce que je n'ai pas apprécié et que me pousse à être honnête ici malgré ma reconnaissance envers l'accueil (car j'aurais pu faire abstraction de cet avis) fût le ton employé par le personnel de ménage.

Pas cher, mais mal insonorisé

Pour mes dates, prix imbattable et emplacement idéal à deux pas de Belleville ! L'insonorisation vers l'extérieur est correcte, mais entre les chambres, on entend tout ! Les conversations, les ressorts qui couinent... Boules Quiès indispensables ! Mais j'ai apprécié qu'il y ait de véritables volets roulants, pour un noir total !

The hotel was just what I wanted. Near the Metro station, in a quiet area. Nice room at the back on the ground floor. Breakfast was fine. No frills but all perfectly adequate.

Lovely clean, safe, friendly little hotel with a fantastic breakfast buffet. Our room was small but had everything we needed. I went with a child and the hotel couldn’t have been kinder. Location is near Père Lachaise cemetery and on the 11 metro line to take you to the other sights. We ended up travelling about half an hour across town daily to see more popular areas of Paris. The hotel itself is on a moderately quiet street with cafes and shops handy. Thoroughly recommend if you don’t mind being a little far away from the main tourist areas.

Konaklamadan çok memnun kaldım. Odalar temiz, yatak rahat, banyo temiz ve kullanışlı. Tek dezavantajı odalarda buzdolabı yok. Onun dışında her şey çok iyi.
