Comfortable bed in clean, well equipped room. Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable cost for room and breakfast. Fairly close to a Metro station heading into central Paris. I've paid far more for far less nice rooms in Paris before.

Nice Tourist Hotel

We loved the concept of the eco hotel and almost everything was done with this in mind. The hotel is comfortable and has quite a few amenities for a smaller property. On the other side, things are somewhat run down, particularly in the bathroom and that may not please everyone.

We stay here many times when Visiting the family . C’est notre Hôtel préféré . Is a very cosy and clean hotel We feel home as in Canada Very clean and very friendly staff Easy transportation by the 27 Bus and very close to the Place d’Italy 2 Shopping Center , next to the Metro Station Thank you to all staff

Hotel is clean, shower is very small, but the towels is too old and small, they need to replace it that it will make a big difference also change carpet all way down and furnitures placement in main hall looks not good as they need to work on that seriously. The hotel is in main busy road but I did sleep well because it’s double glasses, very calm. The area so very busy, shops, bars, restaurants, and facilities transport. I did enjoy my holidays, I will be back again because it’s a great place to spend time.

Worst hotel I ever stayed at. Hotel room smelt weird and was dirty. All night people were smoking cigarettes and my room smelt Of smoke. The wifi didn't even work I had to sit on the floor on my laptop by the door to even be connected. Will never stay here again even if it was free.

Très bon accueil, très bon service. Les problèmes, j’ai commandé une chambre supérieur avec 20m2 au lieu de 15, je n’ai pas de compas dans l’oeil mais je doute avoir eu plus de 15m2. J’ai également pris cette chambre pour la baignoire à remous, il y a bien une baignoire mais le côté spa de la baignoire est HS depuis un moment (j’aurais aimé que ce soit signalé sur le site internet). On ne peut pas avoir accès à netflix ou prime sur la télé, c’est un détail mais c’est dommage. Je pensais que le parking etait compris avec la chambre mais il faut payer 20€ supplémentaire pour en bénéficier, et il faut reserver à l’avance sinon vous risquez de vous retrouver sans place de parking car les places de parking sont limitées. En dehors de ça, les lieux sont propres et confortables
