The hotel is perfect in every way!! The staff is super friendly and helpfull, especially Joel who took care of us. The breakfast is amazing and complete with everything you need to start your day and keep you going till late. Location is great with good restaurants and small markets around. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

This was a very good location for walking and central for access to transit. My room and bedding were very clean, no signs of bugs anywhere. The water pressure in the shower was low, but i was also up on the top floor, and I'm used to strong pressure back home. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They offer breakfast, but I ate elsewhere as I was excited to explore the city. The elevator is tiny, max 3 people without luggage, probably not wheelchair accessible. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

It is nice hotel, great breakfast before going out for the day. In room isn’t that bad. Pretty small space to walk around but we don’t stay in a room all day so it’s just perfect cost for this size room.

it is quite noisy because of the traffic and metro is exactly under the hotel so you feel when it is passing. But hotel location is very good and helpful staff and really good sweet corner :)

The area is close to major attractions and the property was recently renovated. We were on the fourth floor so we didn’t hear the noise from the bars. The metro rumbles beneath but you grow accustomed to it. I didn’t choose the buffet breakfast for 15 euros because there are plenty of cafés in and around the area.

Staff very friendly, and helpful. The downside was there was no internet in my room. I complained 3 times, and nothing happened. I had to use the internet in the lobby. Also the hot water took a long time to come, and the pressure was low.

Disappointed experience

The hotel is located next to the trainstation, this is a positiv effect. But the rooms are more than uncomfortable, noisy, bad taste and the bathroom is like a cupboard. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. I am surprised that the hotel has the nerve to ask nearly 200€ per night. The personal is also not very professional and kind .

Superb and safe location

The hotel was close to several metro lines and bus routes (which we frequently used, and even late at night you felt safe). It was also close to the L'Open hop-on-hop off bus (although we didn't use it). And to Galerias Lafeyette. There are many restaurants within 5 min work of the hotel, as well as a couple of corner stores to buy snacks etc. The staff were all very friendly and spoke English. They were happy to look up routes on the internet for us, and even print off a walking route on one day. The room was small but very clean - we had 2 single beds but could walk around the edge without problems. The room was more than adequate, with minibar, small wardrobe, TV, ipod docking station / speakers, small table and chair. The window opened on to the street, but the double glazing was excellent, so we were never disturbed during our week long stay by traffic as long as the window was shut. There was an efficient air-conditioning unit. I would recommend the hotel to friends and colleagues in the future

Localização excelente - tem uma estação de metro ao lado e um ponto de onibus em frente, alem disso da p fazer quase tudo a pé p quem gosta de andar. O quarto e o banheiro são bem pequenos mas super funcionais, com lugar p acomodar as bagagens. Tem cofre, frigobar, chaleira eletrica e opções de cha e café soluvel. Quarto sempre muito limpo e cheiroso, com troca diaria de toalhas. Pertinho do hotel tem muitas opções de bares e restaurantes bons. Recepção prestativa, forneceram mapas e informações e se esforçaram p falar em ingles. Um ponto negativo é p quem tem muito problema com barulho pois da p ouvir o metro. Isso acontece não só no hotel mas em toda a região. Pra mim foi um excelente custo beneficio.

Fint og rent hotel med god beliggenhed

Beliggenheden er fantastisk i Montparnasse, tæt ved et stort udvalg af restauranter og tæt ved Metro og bus. Fine og rene værelser og venligt personale. Dørene til værelserne binder, så meget støj ved åbning/lukning af dørene. Fint hotel til prisen.

Très décevant pour un hôtel Best Western

Personnel et accueil très professionnel. Mais la chambre n'était pas propre, sur trois jours et deux nuits, les draps (qui étaient tâché dans un coin) n'ont pas été changé, pas un coup d'aspirateur dans la chambre. La propreté initiale n'était pas au rendez vous des standards qu'on peut attendre de ce genre d'enseigne. Attention au wc, il n'est pas fixé au sol... On est bien insonorisé côté rue, par contre côté couloir et ascenceur c'est une autre histoire, c'est hyper bruyant. Et comble du bonheur, on ressent le passage du métro toutes les 5/6 minutes jusqu'au 4ème étage. Le prix est donc particulièrement élevé en regard de la qualité et des services proposés. à éviter.
