"The hotel was wonderful. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and spacious. My only complaint is about the parking. The hotel charges $30@ night, and it’s added to your bill at check in. And You have in/out parking. However the garage is very small and parking for the hotel is very limited and you are not guaranteed a space when you go out and return. This means you have to find a space on the street. And street parking is very limited as well. If you do get a space in the garage you should leave your car there until you check out. Getting a cab for getting around in the city for is much easier."

"Rooftop pool was great, but very crowded. People came out in the mornings and reserved chairs so by the time we got back in the afternoons there was nowhere to sit, but few people actually using the chairs. The place wasn’t very clean overall. Hair in the drain upon arrival, dirt in corners of the bathroom, just not sparkling clean. It also needs a good touch-up paint job for the nicks and dents here and there throughout the hotel. LOVED the coffee machine in the lobby! So great to get a coffee for free whenever I wanted. Nice touch. Outdoor eating area was kind of gross as well. They needed to manage the area much better to keep it clean out there. It smelled because the little creek that ran through was pretty scummy, but the ducks were pretty to see. The breakfast was great, with something for everyone. Overall, I’d say it was a good stay!"

"We stayed two nights, didn't have a lot of interaction with the staff at all.Except for when checking in. They seemed very polite and nice. Room was clean, had no problemst all it was nice and big as well as the bathroom. Location was good for what we needed, but it would have been nice to look out the windows.I think they really need a good cleaning. And unfortunately, there was no breakfast available.You had to pay for it. Last year, it was a continental breakfast included with your room. Overall it was a pretty good stay."

"I’m giving this hotel 4 stars. The location was excellent just steps from the Metro, making it easy to explore Montréal. The staff were friendly, and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was updated, clean, and comfortable. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is the air conditioning. It kept the room cool, but it was very loud, especially every time it turned on during the night. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for its convenient location, updated rooms, and friendly service."
