"The property is a senior apartment homes that rent the available units. The room was actually a studio apartment that has a small kitchenette, and even a laundry machine. The property is located close to a metro station that takes you in about 20 minutes to Paris."

"It was a really good stay. It was very easy to communicate with the lady at Reception who was really nice. location is perfect, as two women we didn’t have problems walking around at night. "The host was incredibly kind, always made sure I was stocked on the basics. I had to be in the area for work and there aren't a lot of hotel options in the area, so I feel like I lucked out with this one. The room was very clean, wifi worked great, and was very comfortable. there was a water kettle in room; AC/Heat; very clean bathroom; beautiful skylights and very comfortable bed. "Very convenient location just a short walk from the subway. It is slightly out of the heart of Paris so doesn’t feel as “touristy” which was nice (hypocritical coming from a tourist!). Room with private bathroom. Small but clean and serviced. Typical European breakfast of cold meats, cheeses and breads with tea/coffee/juice provided in the morning was lovely.
