"Reception was non-existent. I waited for almost an hour and tried to contact all the given numbers listed on the front door but none of them were on WhatsApp or able to call with data. I then proceeded to go the hotel next door (Hotel Premiere Classe Rouen) to seek their assistance. Finally, got the code for the safe which kept the room cards. Based on booking, it was supposed to the smaller building, but room allocated was the building opposite. No other follow ups. I was not even given wifi...

"The hotel is ideal for the station and exploring the old town or Rouen. Our party was on the 1st and 2nd floors and we experienced no noise. The rooms are on the small side but have all you need for a couple of nights-the bathrooms are surprisingly large. Our rooms had a modern stylist decor. We opted for the express breakfast for 10euros which was all we needed of a morning. Staff were friendly and helpful. Value for money."

Une utilisation jusqu'au petit matin pour certains gênant l'établissement en riant et parlant très fort. Une odeur, dès l'entrée de l'hôtel d'encens mélangé à de la friture émane et c'est franchement désagréable. Sinon propreté dans la chambre, bonne literie et personnel agréable et souriant. "We use it as a stopover as it is mid journey to between home and Charente Maritime. The staff are very pleasant and it is clean and comfortable. The dining area has been converted to a breakfast area with new buffet and tables and chairs and dinner is no longer available. We hit opening day for the new breakfast area and given the grand tour by the lovely staff member, but the tray rail and trays were gone, fortunately it was not busy so if you had cereal and coffee you took it to your table,...

"The staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms were spacious but had no USB connectors and very few outlets and were hard to reach. Hotel is a bit outdated but there is nothing else that compares in the area. Spa with sauna and steam and huge pool is wonderful. Very strange bar area in red and black sort of a shame it is not in keeping with the rest of the hotel. Hotel is in a perfect area for shopping and exploring.
