"Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The property let us know that there is no air conditioning at this time of year (April) with highs in the 70F. Plus side it did have a window to open but was loud outside until late in to the evening."

"Upon arrival, we had to check in outdoors in the rain via a machine. Staff were there but refused to help. Reception is closed for many hours of the day. Toilet flush button fell off. There's a Mecure hotel just next door, go there instead."

"Entrance to property hard to find and had to go round 3 times. Property run down and no way near the standard of other ibis styles we have stayed in. Room dirty and unhygenic (linen and towels clean). Dirty carpet, dirty toilet floor, dirt in bathroom and dirt on the walls. Didnt get the room that was booked and hence the ammenities expected. Secure underground parking available. Bed not comfortable. Breakfast - continental and satisfactory, nothing special."
