Located right in front of the Rotorua luge which makes so easy to go and enjoy the activity early! We also loved the spa and heated pool. My child loved the trampoline and the playground! The room was so cozy and has an incredible view overlooking Rotorua. "1 night stay after spending the day on the lake with a JetSki, the room was exactly what we needed with the inroom spa, clean and comfortable, lady at the reception was super friendly and welcoming and made no fuss when I asked if I could park the ute towing the JetSki needing to take up 3 car park lanes. "Quick and easy check in. Modern hotel with a very large room (king with lake view). Only parking option is valet so be prepared to pay for valet upon arrival. Within easy walking distance to more restaurants than you can visit. Disappointed that there wasn't a pool. Didn't like that price for breakfast went up if we didn't commit at check in. The price should be the same for guests regardless of when you decide to have it. Overall, a good experience "
