"Ac worked but not well, spent the night on top of the covers to try to stay cool had it set on 62 but don’t think it ever got under 78"

"The rooms really need updated. Bathrooms were really bad."

"There was a “kiosk “ attendant virtually to check in and fix the room card. We stayed 3 nights and had NO HOUSEKEEPING the entire time. Room key had to be fixed every night. NO STAFF ON SITE! had to wait until the next day to just get a blow dryer that should have been in the room to begin with. No staff is horrible. The Virtual attendant was clearly in another country"

"The hotel was super Convenient for close things such as the zoo and downtown access. The grounds were clean and looked new. The staff was really nice and helped when needed. The breakfast was ok however it’s free and you can’t beat that! If I had to complain about anything it would be that I got a dog tick on me on my leg. Can I prove that it was the hotel no however it is a possibility since it’s dog friendly and a higher chance. More of a risk I took myself when booking im from the south and...

"When u walked in you can smell the mildew from the carpets and also the elevator, the room sheets and carpet was filthy, furniture had fingernail paint on it and the bathroom shower curtain needed to be changed, it's could have been better clean a deep clean,and the pool was down for maintenance, you pay what you get at this location"

"No place was very clean.Staff was very nice.Didn't like the fact that I paid for parking?And then when I came back about eleven o'clock eleven fifteen at night , there was no parking for me in any of the garages , or in the parking lot behind. You think if you were gonna charge people per slot fifteen dollars , you would make sure that you didn't oversell the parking lot outside of that everything was great"

"The lobby area is so fun, and the free drink tokens were a great surprise! All the staff were very friendly. The only downside was that the elevators were very loud all night. It seems to be more of a party hotel, so it was loud in the hallways even around 2-3am."
